Ayad Hanna

Years ago, he left us to an Arab country. He got married, and had children. He is one of our young people who were captured by the Orthodox Youth Movement (MJO). A lasting friendship brought me together with him since his face emerged in the realm of Mount Lebanon. His connection with Lebanon today is through his parents, brethren at home and in the Church... and all that is related to the Movement. Every day, you see him here on this page saying: "my communion with you consists in my embracing the Word". This is something that is very well known to the people in the Movement. They know that, wherever they are, they are always called to be a mouth, ears, hands and feet to the Word... their concern is its concern: that it reaches the people. You see them caring for nothing other than that the others become greater, and more aware, that is, active members in the Body of Christ. The last time we met at dinner in his parents' mountain house, he promised me to own a house among us. Those in whom the love of the Word does not age, have their lasting place in the ministry.
